Я обнаружил, что в кластере Kubernetes версии 1.10 kubernetes-dashboard Pod генерирует такие сообщения об ошибках:

kubectl --namespace=kube-system log <kubernetes-dashboard-Pod>

2018/10/22 13:04:36 Метрическая проверка работоспособности клиента завершилась неудачно: серверу не удалось найти запрошенный ресурс (получить кэш служб).Повторная попытка через 30 секунд.

Похоже, что kubernetes-dashboard по-прежнему требуется служба Heapster для метрик и графиков.
