Как рассчитать и вставить стандартную ошибку среднего (SEM) в сгруппированную гистограмму в R? - PullRequest

У меня есть данные с несколькими переменными в длинном формате.Мне нужно создать графики с «Rt» и «Площадь» как оси «х» и «у» и сгруппированы по другим переменным с помощью SEM.Код, который я использую, и его вывод приведены ниже.«gc» - это данные в коде.

У меня есть два вопроса:

  1. Показывает ли график, который я нанес, среднее значение данных по оси y для этой переменной (Пол в данном случае) или что-то еще?

  2. Как рассчитать стандартную «ошибку среднего» для каждой переменной и использовать ее на сгруппированных столбчатых диаграммах.

Любая помощь высоко ценится.
