У меня очень странный случай.Иногда запрос просто, как показано ниже, требуется 6 секунд, чтобы получить результаты.Я понятия не имею, где искать проблему, этот запрос не связан даже с моими таблицами.

Кто-нибудь знает, где искать причину проблемы и как ее решить?
PostgreSQL v 9.2, сервер24 виртуальных ЦП и 96 ГБ ОЗУ, конечно же, SSD-диск
