Драйвер не смог установить безопасное соединение с SQL Server с помощью работы Secure Sockets Layer на java 1.8.0_161, но не на 1.8.0_202

Я пытаюсь подключиться к SQL Server в моем приложении весенней загрузки.Тем не менее, я получаю ниже ошибку на Java версии 1.8.0_202.Я могу успешно установить соединение с Java 1.8.0_161.В чем может быть причина этого?

Используется Jar - sqljdbc42.jar, также пробовал sqljdbc4.jar, а также mysqljdbc7.2.1.jre8.jar.
