Я сделал веб-приложение в Visual Studio 2012, ASP..Net Framework MVC и использовал формы аутентификации для регистрации и входа в систему для пользователя, которая работает правильно.И затем есть провайдер пользовательских ролей. Проблема возникает с атрибутом AuthorizeAttribute.Вам нужно будет реализовать атрибут CustomAuthorizeAttribute, который будет отображать «Запрещено 403» вместо «Несанкционированный 401».

Но если даже у пользователя, вошедшего в систему и имеющего пользовательскую роль, есть та же проблема, возможно, вам следует проверить, есть ли у вас Авторизация (Roles =«CustomRole») правильно или если ваша форма входа работает правильно, как вы сказали.
