Проблема с установкой Jekyll и Nokogiri

Я на Ubuntu 18.04.2 LTS на Windows, и у меня есть элементарный вопрос.Моя цель - использовать шаблон github https://github.com/github/personal-website и опубликовать его на username.github.io

У меня проблема с шагом 4:

Создайте сайт и сделайте его доступным налокальный сервер 

bundle exec jekyll serve

Run `bundle install` to install missing gems.

Это уже обходной путь для установки bundle, jekyll и nokogori, но я подумал, что это сделано.Нужна ли настройка пути?

Я видел нечто подобное, используя Ubuntu WSL.Я следовал инструкциям Jekyll WSL и застрял.В блоге Дэйва Руперта ( ссылка ) был хороший совет, который рекомендовал следующее и разблокировал меня: apt install zlibc zlib1g-dev libxml2 libxml2-dev libxslt1.1 libxslt1-dev

Вот дамп моей истории bash для сеанса:

   28  sudo apt-get update -y && sudo apt-get upgrade -y
