пытаясь применить функцию plyr :: ldply к спискам для преобразования в data.frame с разным количеством строк

Я пытаюсь применить функцию ldply из пакета plyr для преобразования списков во фрейм данных, но продолжаю сталкиваться с ошибкой.Я применяю следующую строку: 

final <- plyr::ldply(data, data.frame)

, которая возвращает эту ошибку:

Должно ли списки иметь одинаковое количество строк?Я думал, так как я пытаюсь связать строки, тогда только столбцы должны быть равны в каждом списке.

Хорошо, японять, что проблема, вероятно, заключается в том, что оба элемента в списке имеют разные имена столбцов.Выполнение:

x <- data $ <code>0000001750 $ information y <- data $ <code>0000001750 $ filings

дает два разных фрейма данных.Поэтому я думаю, что лучше всего объединить все information фреймы данных, а затем все filings фреймы данных, так что будет 2 фрейма данных.

На самом деле, вы можете изменить порядок в вашем dplyr::left_join, поскольку info содержит больше clk , чем подача .Последний поддерживает два пустых фрейма данных в исходном листинге.

  • Вместо этогоиз lapply, используйте mapply для поэтапной итерации по элементам data и их соответствующим именам;

  • Выполните transform, чтобы добавить столбец для cik по соответствующему имени списка;

  • Объединить оба объекта с all.x=TRUE для спецификации левого соединения.
