Данные внутри моего DataFrame описывают различные действия, назначенные агенту во время смены.Проблема в том, что другой DataFrame с агентами имеет только 57 имен, в то время как человеку обычно назначается 4-5 действий.Когда я объединяю свои DataFrames, я получаю 57 агентов и 265 действий, которые явно не соответствуют назначенным людям.

Что может быть полезным: каждый человек работает 8 часов.
