phpMyAdmin не доступен на centos 7 после установки

Я работаю:

  • Centos 7
  • PHP версия 7.3
  • Apache / 2.4.39
  • mysqlnd 5.0.12
  • phpMyAdmin-4.4.15.10-3.el7.noarch

после установки phpmyadmin выдает эту ошибку File not found., когда я пытаюсь посетить http://my.server.ip.address/phpmyadmin/

Я добавил следующее в httpd.conf 

Include conf.d/phpMyAdmin.conf

Перед добавлением строки выше, это даст мне ошибку 404.

Я удалил phpmyadmin и переустановил, но ничего не изменилось.
