Как отправлять уведомления PHP Firebase, используя таблицу MySQL Tokens?

Question

Я использую приведенный ниже код PHP для отправки уведомлений Firebase на все зарегистрированные устройства, но я хочу отправить его на выбранные устройства, используя таблицу MySQL, в которую я буду вставлять токены. Не могли бы вы помочь мне настроить приведенный ниже код?
