Эта ссылка говорит как о REST, так и о grpc https://cloud.google.com/monitoring/api/v3/

Но клиентская библиотека Java и gRPC должны работать (и предпочтительнее?), Поэтому будет лучше отладить это, так как я не вижу никакой разницы междуgrpc и REST с точки зрения требований к соединению (кроме http2 против http).Выпускаете ли вы свой curl из оболочки док-контейнера, чтобы обеспечить связь оттуда?
