VBA отправить письмо, если

Я хочу отправить электронное письмо, если выполняется набор условий, основанных на диапазоне.Если набор условий верен, я хочу, чтобы диапазон был включен в электронное письмо.Если условие ложно, я хочу, чтобы либо электронное письмо не отправлялось, либо текст был изменен в электронном письме.

Мой текущий код отправляет электронное письмо с указанием диапазона, если условие истинно.Но я получаю пустое письмо, когда условие ложно.
