Ошибка менеджера API WSO2 при проверке токена обновления

Я установил WSO2 API Manager с сервером SQL в качестве основного хранилища пользователей.и у нас есть настроенный список API в нем.Мы часто получаем ошибку при проверке ошибки обновления токена.что может быть причиной этого?
