ScrollView начинает низкий и обрезает содержание

У меня есть BottomNavigation Активность , одним из моих действий является представление с прокруткой, вот XML-файл: 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<ScrollView xmlns:android="http://schemas.android.com/apk/res/android"
    android:layout_width="match_parent"
    android:layout_height="match_parent">

    <TableLayout
        android:id="@+id/table"
        android:layout_width="match_parent"
        android:layout_height="wrap_content"
        android:layout_marginStart="8dp"
        android:layout_marginEnd="8dp">

        <TableRow>
            <TextView
                android:text="Test"/>
        </TableRow>
        ...
        <TableRow>
            <TextView
                android:text="Test"/>
        </TableRow>
    </TableLayout>
</ScrollView>

Как видите, ScrollViewне начинается сверхуКроме того, содержимое обрезается тем же количеством места, которое теряется в верхней части.

Это кажется простой проблемой, есть у кого-нибудь идея?

У меня была похожая проблема, было решение: Удалить android:paddingTop="?attr/actionBarSize". Вы также должны добавить android:layout_marginBottom="?attr/actionBarSize" в nav_host_fragment, чтобы представление не было ниже BottomNavigationView.

Удалите этот атрибут в контейнере: 

android:paddingTop="?attr/actionBarSize"

Вероятно, хорошей идеей будет изменить его на: 

  android:paddingBottom="?attr/actionBarSize"
...
