Папка GRASS7был установлен на: /Applications/QGIS3.app/CONTENTS/MacOS/grass, который не существует. Я изменил его вручную на /Applications/QGIS3.4.app/Contents/Resources/grass7. Когда я сохраняю и закрываю окно параметров, QGIS падает, но значение сохраняется.
