Проблема с разрешением местоположения в Android 10

Question

Я создаю приложение, в котором мне нужно реализовать API Google Map. Во всех версиях Android приложение работает как положено, но в SDK 29 или Android 10 оно не работает. Каждый раз, когда я даю разрешение на местоположение, он снова запрашивает разрешение на местоположение, я даже вручную даю разрешение, но, тем не менее, оно не работает. Вот мой код:
