«npm install» завершается ошибкой, когда существует зависимость git-пакета от macOS Catalina

При запуске «npm install» в проекте Node.js, который имеет зависимость от Git, происходит сбой в macOS Catalina.

Кажется, что выполнение Git скриптом npm заблокировано ОС. Работает на предыдущих версиях macOS. Он также работает на MacOS Catalina, если я запускаю «sudo npm install».
