Проблема аутентификации Azure AD OWIN и OpenID Connect IDX21323

Мое приложение просто зацикливает перенаправление между login.microsoft.com и https://localhost:44353/

Я пробовал несколько обходных путей, таких как использование Kentor и SystemWebChunkingCookieManager

Вот мой startup.cs
