Префикс Stackify http://localhost:2012 отказался подключаться

Я установил Stackify Prefix 3.0.28.0 несколько дней назад, и профилировщик работал нормально, пока я не перезапустил свою систему. После перезагрузки системы при попытке открыть http://localhost:2012 она вернулась со стандартной ошибкой chrome localhost отказался подключиться. (ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED) Однако, как упоминалось в руководстве по устранению неполадок в https://docs.stackify.com/docs/prefix-basic-troubleshooting#verify-if-the-stackify-profiler-is-working Я заметил, что профилировщик собирает данные, только http://localhost:2012 не работает.

Я перепробовал все вариантыупоминается в руководстве по устранению неполадок, включая перезапуск системы, IIS, Stackify Prefix Windows Service и проверенные переменные среды системы.
