Я хочу обновить таблицу mysql из списка dto, но есть некоторое исключение, что-то вроде проблемы грамматики, вот мой код:

Вы не используете AND с SET, вы разделяете их запятыми. Правильный синтаксис:

SET item.l1CustomCategoryId = :l1CustomCategoryId, item.l2CustomCategoryId = :l2CustomCategoyId
