У меня проблема с springboot после создания проекта springboot. Я заполнил мои application.properties, чтобы иметь доступ к базе данных. А потом я попытался скомпилировать по Maven, и я столкнулся с этими ошибками. Я был неудачным.

Мне кажется, вы забыли предоставить зависимость в maven

<dependency>

        <artifactId>ojdbc</artifactId>

        <systemPath>d:/projects/ojdbc8.jar</systemPath>
    </dependency>

Примечание Я полагаю, что вам не хватает этого, но я не смотрел ваш файл pom
