У меня есть набор данных по 100 тыс. Строк, и проблема отображается только при построении кадра данных с более чем 33 тыс. Строк. Я пытаюсь построить это (код работает!):

Приведенный выше код будет работать с данными, которые я дал вам в конце этого вопроса, но когда вы увеличите числоСтроки (мне нужно сделать график с кадром данных 100k строк) в какой-то момент он начинает давать пустой график. Для меня это начинается с 33k строк данных.

Для меня кажется, что проблема заключается в geom_raster(). Когда я изменил его на geom_tile(), это сработало, но я не могу поставить alpha=0.8, так как это создает некоторые границы на столбцах внутри графика. Может geom_raster() имеет некоторые ограничения по размеру, я не знаю? Или это может быть способ поставить alpha=0.8 с geom_tile()?

Из-за ограничений на количество символов в столбце StackOverflow я могу предоставить вам данные только из первых 500 строк. Но если вы сможете выполнить выборку из этого набора данных до 100 тыс. Строк, вы сможете воспроизвести мою ошибку.
