Этот код

cap = cv2.VideoCapture('/dev/video0', cv2.CAP_V4L2)

дает

ОШИБКА ВИДЕО: V4L2: Формат пикселя входящего изображения не поддерживается OpenCV

Вотвывод v4l2-ctl -d /dev/video0 --list-formats:
