Как получить данные, относящиеся к нажатому элементу в recyclerView, из базы данных комнаты в новое действие?

Мое приложение имеет RawMaterialFragment, который отображает данные сырья в recyclerView из базы данных комнаты.

Я пытаюсь создать подробное действие (MetrialItemView), чтобы показать детали отдельного сырья, нажав илиВыбор сырья в программе recyclerView.

Моя проблема заключается в том, как отправить данные из адаптера и как получить данные в MetrialItemView Activity и отобразить их.

каждая строка dataModel () должна иметь идентификатор, а затем использовать putExtra () после нажатия. Это происходит 

 holder.parentLayout.setOnClickListener(new View.OnClickListener() {
            @Override
            public void onClick(View view) {
                Intent intent = new Intent(mContext.getContext(), MaterialItemView.class);
                intent.putExtra("ID",mCurrent.getID());
                mContext.startActivity(intent);
            }
        });

и использование getIntent () в подробностяхActivity

int id =getIntent().getIntExtra("ID",-1);

, а затем получить подробные данные о строках из базы данных (viewModel) по идентификатору и проанализировать их
