Jetty 9 + Spring Boot - Невозможно запустить ServletWebServerApplicationContext из-за отсутствия компонента ServletWebServerFactory

С Jetty-starter я не смог запустить приложение Spring Boot из-за этой ошибки:

Ответ заключается в том, что стартер Spring Jetty не работает должным образом, и вы должны добавить свои зависимости.
