Не удается разрешить TabLayout. У меня есть почти каждая зависимость, которая была предложена в качестве решения. Проект строится, но все еще не может решить. Я использую androidx, но я также пытался использовать 28.

В этой библиотеке TabLayout равно com.google.android.material.tabs.TabLayout. Итак, замените android.support.design.widget.TabLayout на com.google.android.material.tabs.TabLayout.
