Невозможно обновить шаблон в AWS SES

Я подключен к AWS через aws-cli и хочу обновить HTML одного из моих шаблонов SES. Я уже избежал кавычек. Прямо сейчас я получаю следующую ошибку: 

bash: !DOCTYPE: event not found

То есть, когда я пытаюсь выполнить следующую команду:

Вместо того, чтобы пытаться сделать это через интерфейс командной строки AWS, который испытывает трудности со специальными символами, вы можете попробовать его через язык программирования.

Например, вот некоторый код Python:

При указании HtmlPart вам не нужно экранировать символы, потому что они находятся в блоке, окруженном """ кавычками.
