Я пытался установить pip-инсталляцию text_normalizer через Anaconda Prompt (anaconda3) или Jupyter Notebook и продолжал получать ту же ошибку
Я вошел как Администратор. pip3 тоже не распознается. Не уверен, что еще попробовать.
