создать индекс для следующего красноречивого запроса LARAVEL

Question

Привет, у меня более 500 тыс. Записей в таблице элементов. Требуется более 9 секунд, чтобы выполнить этот запрос ined, чтобы выполнить этот запрос с использованием индекса mysql за миллисекунды
