Как мне установить dlib на python 3.8?

Как мне установить dlib на python 3.8 ?, у меня есть windows 10 и CMake и Visual Studio 2019, но я получаю сообщения об ошибках.

сделать это через pip install или другой способ?

Я скачал dlib-19.6 (https://github.com/davisking/dlib) и попытался запустить python setup.py install
