Я не могу подчеркнуть это достаточно, я не могу потерять свою работу. Я перепробовал почти все исправления, которые мог найти в Интернете, порт 3306 не использовался ничем, не использовался даже mysql, так как я больше не могу найти этот сервис на моем p c. Я попытался заменить pma на root в "config.in c. php". Попытка удаления temp, но она все еще не работает.
Я добавляю, что mysql сервисы не могут быть найдены на моем ноутбуке (не в windows сервисах, не в процессах)
