Oreo не удалось опубликовать уведомление на канале ноль

я пытаюсь сделать уведомление pu sh с помощью FCM, но каждый раз, когда я пытаюсь отправить уведомление, мой эмулятор, всегда показывающий тост, не может отправить уведомление на нулевом канале,

я пробую много способов о публикации уведомление на канале, но оно не является правильным

я использую 'com.google.firebase: firebase-message: 10.2.0'

вот мой код

Я решил мою проблему, например, обновив свой com.google.firebase: firebase-messaging: 10.2.0 'до более новой версии

, теперь я использую:' com.google.firebase: firebase- сообщения: 11.8.0'
