Visual Studio использует minimal вывод сборки многословие по умолчанию (вы можете проверить это здесь Инструменты-> Параметры-> Проекты и решения-> Построить и запустить-> MSBuild подробность вывода сборки проекта ), а в командной строке по умолчанию установлено значение normal. Поэтому вы можете видеть сообщение в командной строке, но не в выводе VS.

Вам следует изменить параметр в Visual Studio или установить Importance сообщения
