1. следующее решение, предложенное многими

   • Удалите eslint and babel-eslint из users/abz/node_modules/ папки
   • Удалить package.json-lock, node_modules из локального проекта
   • Выполнить npm install и npm start

   Я пробовал, и это решение не сработало для меня .

2. Эту проблему можно устранить с помощью

   adding an `.env file` in root folder with statement `SKIP_PREFLIGHT_CHECK=true` 
   

   Но это не решение этой проблемы.

это происходит потому, что на родительском уровне установлена ​​зависимость, которая имеет другую версию. В вашем случае это /Users/abz/node_modules/eslint. Просто запустите эту команду из root

rm -rf node_modules/eslint

, и это должно решить вашу проблему.
