Ошибка изменения сборки SDK в студии Adroid

Когда я изменяю targetSdkVersion и compileSdkVersion на 26, я получаю ошибку. Я попытался изменить его через настройки структуры проекта и вручную, но он продолжает выдавать следующую ошибку:

AAPT: ошибка: ресурс android: attr / dialogCornerRadius не найден. error dialogCirnerRadius not found

change sdk version like below and sync project

compileSdkVersion 29
minSdkVersion 15
targetSdkVersion 29
