За неделю до безупречной работы numpy перестал работать при Python 3,7 при Raspbian GNU / Linux 10 (buster) . Все еще работает с Python 2.7 .

Не работает.
Попытка первой переустановки setuptools с использованием sudo pip3 uninstall -y setuptools, возвращает:

Но когда я пытаюсь установить его с помощью sudo pip3 install setuptools, возвращает:
