при создании приложения ваше приложение должно знать, по какому пути оно будет «размещено». в вашей новой версии этот путь - «/ demo /». поэтому, чтобы ваше приложение работало, просто добавьте param к команде build, как это

ng build --prod --baseHref=/demo/
