Ось ординат в функции dotplot

Question

Мне нужно, чтобы ось X (значение переменной) отображалась от 0 до 10, но по одному, потому что мне нужно, чтобы появилось значение 3.

Я не получаю его, следуйте приведенному ниже коду .
