Мне кажется, что вам не хватает

require 'vcdm/command_option'

в вашем hostfile.rb. Просто добавьте эту строку в начало этого файла.

попробуйте поместить это в 'config / application.rb'

config.eager_load_paths << "#{Rails.root}/lib"

, а затем в 'hostfile.rb'
