Интернационализация (i18n) с весны MVC + Thymeleaf

Question

Итак, я новичок во всех вещах Spring Framework и работаю в проекте, который использует Spring MVC, НО НЕ ИСПОЛЬЗУЕТ SPRING BOOT. Проблема в том, что мне нужно реализовать интернационализацию (i18n) с THYMELEAF AND SPRING MVC, БЕЗ ЗАГРУЗКИ, и все примеры, которые я нашел, также используют Spring Boot. Есть ли способ настроить приведенный ниже пример без Spring Boot, только MVC и THYMELEAF? Спасибо.
