Android При сканировании не найдено устройств - PullRequest

Я пытаюсь подключиться к мобильному устройству, поэтому для этого я включил Bluetooth-сканирование, но это не работает на моем планшете (Archos 70 3G с android 7.0), но работает в моем телефоне (Xiaomi Note 8 Pro). Я позволил местоположение и Bluetooth оба устройства. В чем проблема? Код деятельности:
