Как установить Vowpal Wabbit на Amazon EC2 или SageMaker? (амазонка linux)

Может кто-нибудь объяснить или помочь мне установить vowpalwabbit (меня интересуют привязки python) на машине Amazon linux, либо EC2, либо SageMaker? по какой-то причине это очень сложно, и я не могу найти что-либо об этом в Интернете ...

a pip install vowpalwabbit возвращает

ниже в ошибке, я также вижу :

Похоже, что в образе SageMaker VW Docker уже установлены привязки Python. См. здесь .

На основе их контейнера репо , изображение:
