Проверка подлинности Maven не удалась

Question

Я установил Maven 3.6.3 на компьютер своей компании, и он работает с jdk 13.0.3. Я добавляю сертификат в java KeyStore и настраиваю прокси в моих настройках. xml. Но я все еще не могу получить зависимости от репозитория https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/. Я могу получить доступ к сайту через мой браузер.

Я думаю, что настройки прокси верны, когда я меняю их (ложный пароль), я получаю еще одну ошибку:
