Почему MapFallbackToController не работает: HTTP 401 не авторизован Asp. net Core

Question

Я закончил свое приложение и хочу опубликовать sh в Интернете. Работа на ядре 3.1.1 + angular2. Я создал контроллер Fallback для маршрутов. Кажется, MapFallbackToController не работает. У меня нет доступа к этим файлам, потому что я не авторизован, но почему? Когда я делаю "do tnet run", моя страница пуста и в консоли:

Все работало идеально, пока я не переместил angular файлы (wwwroot) в proj API.
