Нужна помощь в установке bugzilla на экземпляр Ubuntu VM

Я в основном пытаюсь установить bugzilla на экземпляр виртуальной машины Ubuntu GCP. Когда я получаю доступ к URL-адресу, я не получаю интерфейс пользователя bugzilla, но получаю что-то вроде следующего.
