Не удалось найти com.atlassian: atlassian-localhost: jar: 1.1.0

Я пытаюсь добавить maven зависимость atlassian-mail в файл pom. xml.

        </repository>
    </repositories>

        <groupId>com.atlassian.mail</groupId>

    </dependency>

Но я получаю следующую ошибку :

Когда я выполняю pom. xml в виде Maven build ... определение целей как чистый пакет (я где-то читал, что это может решить проблему, но не работает). Я получаю следующее сообщение об ошибке:
