Spring Security WebSecurityConfigurerAdapter Конфигурация не используется при запуске

Я вижу странную проблему, когда реализация WebSecurityConfigurerAdapter не используется при запуске приложения. Я пробую пример шлюза с пружинной безопасностью.

На аналогичный вопрос отвечаем: здесь , но ни один из них не сработал.

Может ли это быть проблемой с несовпадением версий?

Spring Boot: 2.2.5.RELEASE

Spring Cloud: Hoxton.SR3

По некоторым причинам, то, что я указываю на WebSecurityConfig, не отражается во время выполнения. Когда я go на localhost:9999/get, я перенаправлен на /login. Но это не должно иметь место в соответствии с моим WebSecurityConfig.java
