Я создаю новую среду для django -проекта, но, как вы можете видеть
, когда я набрал pip list, я мог видеть django в списке.
, но когда сделал django-admin, он вернул команду не найден
, а также, когда я пытался pip3 install django или pip install django, он сказал, что требование уже удовлетворено.
Я очень плохо знаком с Ма c и кодированием, так что мне это кажется слишком обременительным.

в PyCharm, я устанавливаю "Интерпретатор проекта" как Desktop/my_project/venv/bin/python3
, а проект PyCharm находится в другом месте, как myname/PyCharm/django-project
