Swift Github Action Сборка CocoaPods завершается с ошибкой «Framework not found Pods_iosapp»

У меня есть простое определение рабочего процесса для создания и тестирования рабочей области Xcode:

Команда build успешно выполняется локально на моем ноутбуке, но не выполняется, когда Github Actions запускает ее. Вот немного больше контекста ошибки:
