Python не найдена ошибка при компиляции pyqt5 GUI с использованием Qt creator

  • Я пытался собрать GUI приложение, используя Qt:
    1. python 3.7 установлено (и добавлено в путь)
  • , но когда я нажмите кнопку запуска на: (Qt 5.14.0, Qt creator 4.11) Я получаю следующую ошибку :
